Description

Thirty locals calling themselves "Committee of Kipseli Residents" enter bar owned by a person from Camaroon and check his papers and threaten him. The group then went to the Tanzanian Community center nearby and again checked peoples documents and threatened them before returning the next day and smashing the place (see separate report).
